OUR STORY
The Avon Pavilion is a beachside restaurant located on the boardwalk in quaint Avon-by- the-
Sea. After 24 years, the Avon Pavilion was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy and in 2014, the
restaurant was completely rebuilt with a chic, modern beachfront dining space, outdoor seating
and a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. By day, guests enjoy our homemade breakfast and fresh lunch specialties in a lively, picturesque seashore setting. When the sun begins to set, the Avon Pavilion transforms to a BYOB, candlelit ambience with shimmering ocean views and
gourmet, coastal creations inspired by the renowned Chef Ken Samuels.

Our beloved Mamma and Pappa Fishman both passed away in the Summer of 2011. For over 20 years, they were the heart and soul of the Avon Pavilion and are missed every single day. They could always be found helping out the team at the Pavilion, flipping burgers, maintaining the building, seating the guests... whatever was needed. But the most important tasks to Mamma and Pappa, was caring for and mentoring the staff like their very own children and developing friendships with the Pavilion guests and their families. Mamma and Pappas presence, love and strength will be with us and the Avon Pavilion forever.
