Mother's Day Brunch and Dinner will be hosted

The Avon Pavilion Mother’s Day Extravaganza will be hosted on both Saturday and Sunday of Mother’s Day Weekend with several seating times throughout the day and evening.
Afternoon and Evening buffets will feature Avon Pavilion specialties such as Chef Ken’s fall-off-the-bone Babyback Ribs, Keylime Herb Salmon Citron, Breast of chicken sautéed in a delicate parmesan batter with a Sauvignon Blanc lemon sauce, Semolina bow tie pasta with sautéed Brazilian jumbo pink shrimp in a roasted garlic scampi cream sauce, and a decedent dessert display.
Our morning brunch buffet will feature made-to-order omelet stations, multi-station buffet, a medley of house made salads, fresh tropical fruits and a decadent dessert display.
Mom’s also receive a fresh spring flower, ribbon tied poem and dining gift certificate to enjoy at a later date.
